How I’m doing this without help
My name means ladybug in Spanish. I’m a bilingual nurse, a business owner, an AI consultant, and the author of several books on AI, negotiation, and love. This year alone I spoke at the Nurse Boss Summit, trained a large group of insurance adjusters, appeared on almost a dozen podcasts, and have upcoming events in Venice and Nashville focused on women and healthcare leadership.
And yet — I am a single mom running a nursing business, a cattery, and caring for a special-needs daughter. I do not have a staff. I do not have a booker taking half my fee. What I have are six AI employees who find my opportunities and email on my behalf.
